Shipping & Delivery
Every parcel leaves our Akihabara, Tokyo atelier inspected, protected, and fully tracked. Here is everything you need to know, at a glance.
Where we ship & what it costs
- We ship to most countries worldwide. Destination availability is confirmed at checkout.
- Shipping is calculated from the total weight of your parcel and your destination country — the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. No hidden fees.
- We don't offer free shipping; you pay the actual cost of safe delivery, nothing more. One order ships as one parcel, so ordering several items together is usually more economical than separate orders.
When your order ships (handling)
- In-stock items: dispatched within 1–10 business days of payment confirmation.
- Pre-orders: dispatched between the official release day and 5 business days after release.
- Business days are Monday–Friday, Japan Standard Time, excluding Japanese public holidays.
How long delivery takes (after dispatch)
- Japan Post / Orange Connex: 10–21 business days
- FedEx / DHL: 3–7 business days
- These are estimates, not guarantees — weather, customs clearance, and carrier conditions can affect them.
Customs, duties & import taxes
- United States: orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Duties and import taxes are settled in advance — nothing extra is due at delivery.
- All other countries: orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our prices or shipping and remain the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
- We declare every shipment accurately and in full compliance with international regulations. We never under-declare values or mark parcels as “gifts”.
Tracking & packaging
- Every order travels with full end-to-end tracking — the number is emailed to you the moment your parcel is handed to the carrier.
- Each piece is inspected by our curators before packing, then protected the Japanese way: appropriate wrapping, reinforced boxing, and care at every step.
If something goes wrong
- If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of the dispatch notice, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
- If a parcel arrives damaged, send us your order number with photos of the packaging and contents via the contact form. A short unboxing video is the strongest evidence and speeds everything up.
