Shipping & Delivery
Our handling time is up to 10 business days after receiving cleared payment for in-stock items. For pre-orders, we ship within 5 business days after the official release date.
To ensure Secure Shipping, we select the most appropriate delivery company based on your destination, package size, and dimensional weight. Once shipped, estimated delivery times vary by carrier:
- Orange Connex Speed Pak: 1-5 weeks
- Japan Post (Small Packet): 1-5 weeks
- Japan Post EMS: 5-14 business days
- DHL / FedEx: 3-10 business days
Please note that customers cannot select the shipping carrier. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to weather, customs inspections, or other unforeseen external factors.

Yes, we can combine multiple orders into a single shipment if the additional orders are placed within 3 weeks of your initial order. Please note that the entire shipment will be processed according to the latest item's availability date (handling time).
To request combined shipping, please contact us immediately with your order numbers. However, we cannot accommodate this request if any of your orders have already been processed or shipped.
Note on Shipping Costs: As our shipping rates are determined by dimensional weight, combining items may significantly increase the package size. We reserve the right to bill you separately for any additional shipping fees incurred due to changes in package dimensions or remote area surcharges.
At this time, we do not support splitting a single order for delivery to multiple addresses. If you would like to send items to different locations, please place separate orders for each destination address. This allows us to ensure accurate processing and secure delivery for each shipment. Please note that shipping fees will apply to each individual order.
We do not offer customized packaging requests. All items are shipped in accordance with our standard packing guidelines to ensure quality and protection during transit. Typically, products are wrapped in protective OPP material and cushioned with bubble wrap for both impact and moisture resistance. Please note that packaging may vary depending on the size and shape of the item, and in some cases, either or both materials may not be used.
We do not currently offer gift wrapping or special packaging services. However, we do offer a selection of gift bags and wrapping supplies that customers can purchase separately.
