Before you write: in-stock orders are dispatched within 1 to 10 business days of payment confirmation, and pre-orders between the official release day and 5 business days after release. Your tracking email is sent the moment your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Our fulfilment team dispatches orders in sequence so that every order leaves within this window. An exact dispatch day cannot be promised in advance, and status inquiries within the window receive the handling window above as the answer.

My order is outside this window: 10 or more business days have passed since payment with no tracking email, or my tracking has stopped updating for 10 or more days.

All orders are final once placed. As set out in our Terms of Service (Section 5), orders cannot, as a rule, be changed or cancelled. Our pieces are in limited supply and preparation begins promptly to preserve their condition. Our fulfilment centre operates every day, including weekends and Japanese national holidays, while our support desk replies on weekdays (JST), so an order will often ship before a request sent outside support hours can be read.
