Select Anime is operated by SoirStudio Inc., a company registered in Japan. The following discloses our business details and key terms of sale. (It also serves as our disclosure under Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.)

Prices	Shown on each product page in US dollars (USD). Displayed prices exclude shipping and import duties/taxes.
Additional charges	Shipping is calculated from the parcel's weight and destination country and shown at checkout (we do not offer free shipping). United States orders ship with import duties and taxes prepaid at checkout (commonly called "DDP"); this prepayment does not make us the importer of record. Orders outside the United States ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping.
Accepted payment	Major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.), PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout.
Payment timing	Payment is captured when your order is confirmed, in accordance with each payment provider's terms.
Dispatch & delivery	In-stock items are dispatched within 1–10 business days of payment confirmation. Pre-orders dispatch between the official release day and 5 business days after release. Estimated delivery after dispatch: Japan Post / Orange Connex 10–21 business days; FedEx / DHL 3–7 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary with weather or customs.
Returns & exchanges	Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, only where an item is materially different from its listed description or condition grade, arrived damaged, or was the wrong item — and only with prior authorization. Items matching their listing (including normal wear consistent with the grade) are not returnable. We do not offer direct exchanges; approved returns due to our error are refunded. Buyer-caused return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Refused, unclaimed, or abandoned parcels are subject to the deductions in our Refund Policy. Full terms: Refund Policy.
Order changes & cancellation	As most pieces are one-of-a-kind, orders are final once placed; cancellations or changes generally cannot be accepted. For urgent matters, contact us within 24 hours of purchase (best effort, not guaranteed).
Products	Genuine, officially licensed Japanese anime and character merchandise, primarily pre-owned, rare, and high-quality. We do not handle counterfeits, bootlegs, or fan-made goods.
Quantity	Pre-owned items are generally limited to one per order. New or newly released items may be limited per customer to ensure fair access.
Governing law	Governed by the laws of Japan; see our Terms of Service. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country or state of residence.
