Shipping Policy
Every order ships from our location in Japan, with full tracking. Please read the timeframes and customs information below carefully before ordering.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and your destination country, and the exact cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. We do not offer free shipping or flat rates — you pay the actual cost of getting your piece to you safely, with no hidden fees.
Handling Time (Before Dispatch)
- In-stock items: prepared and dispatched within 1–10 business days of payment confirmation.
- Pre-order items: dispatched between the official release day and 5 business days after release.
Each piece is inspected and carefully packed before it leaves us; handling time covers this preparation.
Delivery Time (After Dispatch)
We select the carrier based on destination, size, and weight. Estimated transit times after dispatch are:
- Japan Post / Orange Connex: 10–21 business days.
- FedEx / DHL: 3–7 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, customs clearance, carrier disruption, or other circumstances beyond our control. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. Customers cannot select a specific carrier.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- United States (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid): applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and settled in advance, so there are no additional customs charges to pay on delivery.
- Outside the United States (DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid): import duties, taxes, and any brokerage fees are not included in the item price or shipping, and are the buyer's responsibility. They are billed directly by your customs authority or carrier. We recommend checking your local rules before ordering.
- We declare the true nature and value of every shipment in compliance with customs law. We do not under-declare value or label shipments as "gift".
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or abandoned and is returned or forfeited to us, any refund will be reduced by the actual shipping costs, non-recoverable duties, and the disclosed restocking fee (see our Refund Policy for the full breakdown).
Tracking
All orders ship with tracking. It is common for international tracking — especially via Japan Post or Orange Connex — not to update for several days while in transit or in customs clearance; this does not mean a parcel is lost. If you have a concern, please contact us through our contact form.
Packaging & Transit Damage
Every piece is protected with premium packaging. In the rare event of transit damage, please keep all original packaging and contact us promptly with your unboxing video (required for damage claims) and clear photographs. For full details on damage claims and refunds, see our Refund Policy.
Incorrect Addresses & Risk of Loss
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout; we ship to the address you provide and cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched. Risk of loss passes to you on the carrier's confirmation of delivery. We are not responsible for loss or delay caused by an incorrect address or by a parcel left at, or not collected from, the delivery location.
