Yahiko Myojin merchandise doubles as a primer on Japanese acrylic vocabulary, since his releases carry a wide spread of the format names used on those goods.

About this collection

Reading the Format Names

Petanko, Gyugyutto and Furafura are line names. His Petanko Acrylic Figure comes from Kyoto Disturbance, and a Gyugyutto Mini Stand and a Furafura Acrylic Stand carry the other two names. Letters in a title usually mark a position within a set, as with the D. Big Acrylic Figure with Stand and the Acrylic Character Stand B.

Plates, Keychains and Capsule Goods

The Meiji Kenkaku Romantan line gave him a Trading Acrylic Plate, a Big Acrylic Plate Part 1, a plain Acrylic Stand and a Trading Acrylic Keychain. A Double-Sided Keychain in Akabeko Ver. was made for Rurouni Kenshin THE Chara CAFE, a Capsule Rubber Mascot covers the gachapon side, and an Acrylic Stand from Granup 2023 joins them. Laid out together in Acrylic Stands the plate and stand formats are easy to tell apart, sculpted work sits in Figures, and Rurouni Kenshin holds the rest of the cast. Each listing states how the piece is graded.
