Age & intended use. Our products are Japanese pop-culture collectible merchandise intended for adult collectors. They are sold for collection, display, fandom, and personal appreciation, and are not sold or marketed as children's toys. Unless otherwise stated on the product page or the original packaging, our recommended age is 15 years and up; products are not intended for children 12 years of age or younger. Depending on the item, products may include small parts, fragile components, batteries, magnets, electronic components, textile materials, or other product-specific features. Photographs. Photographs are a representative reference for the listed product, intended to convey its appearance and atmosphere. Where more than one unit of the same product is held, the specific piece dispatched is chosen from our graded stock and may be a different individual unit from the one shown. The binding description of condition is the stated condition grade and curator's notes, not the photograph; minor individual variation, together with on-screen differences in color and detail, is not grounds for return.

On-screen labels. When a listing shows “Only 1 available,” it reflects the current stock for that specific listing. Once it sells, it may not return. As above, the photograph is a representative reference, not necessarily a picture of the exact unit you will receive; the binding description of condition is the stated grade and our curator's notes. A single available unit does not imply that the photograph is of that individual piece.

Condition scope. Our condition grade describes the item itself only. Protective packaging (outer boxes, blister packs, sleeves, and similar) is not covered by the condition grade, and minor imperfections to such materials from storage, distribution, and handling are considered normal. Accessories and supplementary items are covered only where explicitly listed. Returns or refunds cannot be accepted on the basis of packaging condition or of items not listed in the description.

Inclusions. Items such as application postcards, tickets, obi, trading cards, stickers, serial codes, and download codes are generally not included unless explicitly stated. Likewise, consumable parts and materials subject to aging (such as ear pads, rubber, or synthetic leather prone to hydrolysis or peeling) are not covered by our guarantee. If any such items happen to be enclosed, please regard them as complimentary extras not covered by our guarantee.

Batteries. Backup or built-in batteries are not guaranteed for remaining charge. Disposable batteries are not included, due to shipping regulations and potential operational issues.

Compatibility. These are Japan domestic items designed for use within Japan. Titles on physical media, including video game software, Blu-ray, DVD, and CD, may carry region restrictions, and correct playback also depends on the specifications of your own device. As a retailer we have no reliable way to verify every combination of title, edition, and equipment, and we believe offering a guess would be a disservice to you. For this reason, regional compatibility is not covered by our guarantee, and we are unable to answer compatibility inquiries or to accept returns or refunds where a product does not function outside its intended region. If compatibility matters for your purchase, the manufacturer of the title or of your device holds the definitive answer, and we encourage you to confirm with them directly before ordering.

Manufacture date. Where a "Year Manufactured" is listed, it indicates the number of years the item has been on the market and does not necessarily reflect the exact year of production.

Documentation. Instruction manuals and included documents are in Japanese unless otherwise noted. For imported or internationally distributed products, available languages may vary. For detailed specifications, please contact the manufacturer.

Customer support. Our service hours are weekdays 10:00-18:00 Japan time (JST), excluding Japanese national holidays, and we usually reply within 48 hours. Our fulfillment center operates separately, every day including weekends and Japanese national holidays, so an order may ship before a cancellation request made outside business hours or on a holiday can be processed.
